About Unhomed.info

Public discourse around homelessness is often shaped by misinformation, stigma, and oversimplification. These narratives influence policy decisions, community responses, and public attitudes, often to the detriment of people experiencing homelessness.

Unhomed.info provides educational articles explaining homelessness in plain language, myth-busting content grounded in research and lived experience, and contextual explanations of housing instability.

Our content is written to avoid dehumanizing language and to emphasize structural factors rather than individual blame. Accessibility and readability are prioritized to reach broad audiences.
