About Us

• Mission: Chys provides high-risk foster care youth with a safe, stable and nurturing environment. we offer daily living care, case management services and counseling in three neighborhood-based group homes. our programming strives to identify and build on a youth's strengths and resilience. we focus on helping youth gain hope, earn self-esteem, and learn essential skills to navigate life's challenges and maintain healthy relationships. we are licensed by the state of north dakota for 20 beds for youth aged 10 to 19. in 2019, our programming broadened to include aftercare and services to families of youth placed in the agency's residential program.
